Paper Submission

The 16th International Human Resource Management Conference encourages innovative submissions drawing on conceptual, theoretical and empirical investigations while adopting rigorous research methodologies.

We invite participants to submit ABSTRACTS (up to 1000 words) for one of the sub-themes listed below. Each submission has to be original, and should not have been previously accepted for publication in a journal. The format of the submissions should follow the guidelines of the International Journal of Human Resource Management. Each abstract may be submitted for only one sub-theme.

A symposium abstract submission must include a) a title page that includes an explicit designation if it is a presenter or a panel symposium, title of symposium and complete formal names and affiliation of all participants; b) an overview of the symposium (up to 1500 words) that includes a summary of the proposed content/discussion and proposed format of the symposium. Symposium should be designed to fit a 90-minute session.

Your abstract will be peer-reviewed and you will be advised by email of its acceptance or not, by February 15, 2020.

In case your abstract has been accepted for the 16th International HRM Conference, you are asked to upload a FULL PAPER version. The format of the submissions should follow the guidelines of the International Journal of Human Resource Management.

Your login information is the same that you used to submit your abstract. Click on “Submissions” in the “Main Menu”. Next to your accepted paper, among the “Actions”, please choose “Edit” that is represented as a pen. Fill in the required information step by step. In the first step, please make sure to choose “Full paper” in the scrolling menu under the “Type” of the document you are uploading. Some information is already automatically completed; you only need to check if it is correct. To move from one step to another, all information in the previous step should be completed. You will need to upload your full paper on the third step by clicking “Choose File” (please choose the file you want to upload) and then “Upload”. To make sure that your full paper is successfully uploaded, please check that it appears under the “File” section. After that, you can move to the last step in order to finalize the process.

To ensure a high quality developing and knowledge sharing conference, we are relying on your support and your expertise. Since our community is based on commitment and reciprocity, we hope to be able to count on you by asking every participant who submitted an abstract to review at least one abstract in return. Therefore, kindly do not forget to register as a reviewer for the IHRM 2020 Conference.

Abstracts will be sent out for review during the month of December, with a deadline for completion on January 20, 2020.
