Professor Dana Minbaeva

Dana Minbaeva (PhD) is Professor of Strategic and Global HRM and the Vice-President for International Affairs at Copenhagen Business School. Professor Minbaeva’s research on strategic international HRM, knowledge sharing and transfer in multinational corporations has appeared in such top journals as Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Human Resource Management, and many others. Professor Minbaeva published more than 50 articles in international peer reviewed journals, numerous book chapters and reports. She received several national and international awards for research achievements and knowledge dissemination, including the prestigious JIBS Decade Award 2013. Dana Minbaeva is the founder and the director of the Human Capital Analytics Group:


Professor Helen De Cieri
Monash University, Australia

Helen De Cieri (Ph.D.) is a Professor in the Monash Business School, Monash University, Australia. Her research interests are in international HRM, workplace health and safety, employee well-being, and inclusive organisations. Helen is an Associate Editor for Human Resource Management and serves on several editorial boards. Her publications include articles in journals such as Journal of Management, Journal of World Business, Human Resource Management and Accident Analysis and Prevention. Examples of recent research projects include studies of workplace health and safety, bullying, and occupational violence and aggression. Helen’s current research activities combine her interests in international HRM and employee wellbeing.
